Almond Milk

  • 1 cup raw almonds¬†
  • 1l. filtered water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 to 3 modjule dates
  • pinch of himalayan pink salt
  • love!


  1. The night before, leave the almonds soaking in filtered water. Aprox 8h. Rinse with fresh water in the morning.
  2. In a high power blender, mix in full power speed for 1 1/2 min. the almonds with 1/2 l. water, the vanilla extract, the salt and the dates (choose how many to use according to how sweet you want the milk. I use 2 dates). Don't forget to add some love!
  3. Add the other 1/2 l. of filered water and mix for 30 sec. in high power speed.
  4. Drain the milk using a cheesecloth into a bowl. Press it until there is no milk left.
  5. Transfer the milk into a glass bottle with the help of a funnel, and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  6. Enjoy!

The difference is amazing, and the flavor incomparable!
