MY EDUCATION SURPASSES ALL THE CREDENTIALS I WOULD HAVE DREAMED WHILE GROWING UP.

I studied journalism in university and business in the best university in the world. And yet.... When I woke up to what life is really about, I shifted gears and immersed myself in the kind of education that has led me to where I am today. The education of the mind, of the body and of the soul. 

It all began with a strong awakening while living in Vail, Colorado, immersed in nature and soon after I had given birth to my fourth child. I experienced a connection to something greater than us beyond what words can explain. And since then, and as I stepped into my purpose, this beautiful and powerful voice wants to pour through me every single day.

Besides all the learning, being a mom of four spectacular children as well as the fact that I have lived for many years in four different countries, and in 6 different cities within those countries, has given me a broad perspective and an understanding of many diferent cultures, belief systems, and ways to think, live and heal. That, I know is a big part of who I am, and what I am here to do. There is no coincidence....

In the last years, I have invested in working and learning from the best of the best. My teachers and mentors include an unbelievable variety of thought leaders in the areas of the mind, the body and the spirit. 

I have graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Spirit Junkie Master Class Level 1 and Level 2, I've trained with cutting edge experts and leaders in natural medicine and pioneers like Joshua Rosenthal, Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weil, Gabrielle Bernstein, Mark Hyman and David Katz.

I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from ayurveda, gluten-free, and paelo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and graduated from the institute for integrative nutrition.

I am a life long student and I will forever keep learning. Right now I am doing the Teacher Training of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with direct students of Yogi Bhajan in Boulder, Colorado. To understand the energy I felt running through my body the first time I sang a Mantra. Ever sice, I have infused my life and my work with the power of Mantra. Now it is time for me to go deeper into this technoogy, and take advantage of the fact that I live in the meca of yoga and consciousness, and learn from the best.

I keep alchemizing everything I have learned and keep learning, and infusing it all with my own energy, as well as a universal wisdom that pours through me. I have transformed my own life, helped transform the lives of many many clients, and I am on a mission to help and inspire millions all over the world through my work.
